This privacy statement describes how UWKM handles data of (customers of) our clients, for what period we will be saving this data and how you can see, change and/or have us delete the mentioned data.

To be able to make our client's applications run correctly and smoothly, UWKM as a web builder has access to virtually all data that our clients collect on their customers through their websites. The purposes for our dealings with the data are, among others: 

UWKM provides for a large part of its clients the hosting, which is outsourced at renowned parties such as TransIP and Vimexx. UWKM has signed processor agreements with these hosting parties, which are relevant for our customers. 

Due to the importance of backups, data will be stored for an indefinite period. When restoring previous versions, deleted data between the last version and the restored one will inevitably become visible again. Clients should be aware of this fact. At specific request we can obviously delete this data again. 

We handle the personal data of the customers of our clients with care. The access to the websites and saved information is protected well and only authorised personnel within UWKM is able to access this information. Users always reserve the right on inspection, rectification or deletion of their own personal data. To do this, they can contact primarily the website's owner or in other cases UWKM through info@uwkm.nl. 

Of our customers we store for business purposes on personal and company level minimally the following information: name, address, city, telephone number, email address and IP address.  

With using www.uwkm.nl it is not necessary to give out your personal data. Should you use the contact form that can be found on the site, you will be asked for your name and email address. These are needed to be able to contact you if required. This information will not be used for other purposes. 

With the visitation of our website certain non-personal data will be stored for organisational and technical reasons. This information is anonymous and will only be used for statistical purposes. This information is stored separately from your personal data, to warrant that conversion is impossible. By visiting www.uwkm.nl the possibility exists that information in the form of a cookie is stored on the hard drive of your computer. Its purpose is recognising your IP address and simplifying the navigation of the website. Should you want to prevent this, you can navigate to your browser settings and choose the option of 'Do not accept cookies', which can be found in your Advanced Settings. However, please be aware that this may lead to a limitation in the functionality of the website. 

By using www.uwkm.nl you declare to agree to the manner and purpose of how we process data gathered about you. This privacy agreement is not applicable to the use of the websites which are referred to through www.uwkm.nl. UWKM does not have influence on the compliance of the regulations regarding data protection and security by third parties. 

UWKM prefers to have as little information of their clients as is possible. However, access to a lot of information is necessary in order to perform our jobs as web builders well. This is why we are very careful with this information and we make sure that privacy is maximally insured:
